Can I sell items I make from your patterns?
Yes, you can sell handmade items made from these patterns. Please don't copy, share or resell the PDF files.
I'm stuck on a row. What should I do?
Email the shop with the pattern name and row number, and I'll help you out.
Can I get a refund?
Patterns are delivered instantly, so at checkout you agree to get the file straight away, and the 14-day right of withdrawal ends once the download is available. If a file is faulty or doesn't match its description, we'll send a corrected file or refund you. Details are in the Terms of Sale.
